Customer service at the UK Border Agency is "shockingly poor," the chief inspector of immigration has told MPs.

I agree with Dedworth...which should be no surprise. :icon_lol:
Members of this forum are right to be angry though, as these constant UKBA :censored:-ups directly affect attitudes and policies towards immigration generally...resulting in unfair treatment of the honest and genuine.
