An expulstion order for illegal immigrants is possible under ‘certain condidtions’in Member States, confirms today the European Court of Justice.The EU rules on the return of illegal immigrants does not restrict a Member State from punishing with a fine which may, under certain conditions, be replaced by an expulsion order.
