"After being married for 6 years we had to return to the UK to see my Mum who was critically ill. You would think this would be easy, Married, two kids both British Citizens, Think again! The British Government don't like 3rd World citizens, they are only marrying to better their lives in their opinion and the marriage is a "FAKE" a "SHAM".

his excuse for not getting a job he didn't want to traumatize the kids by leaving them with a childminder, yet they are traumatized being away from their mother:doh, easy solution he should have saved the money he spent on air-tickets for the kids and got a job, just like most if not all of us had to do :doh

i think he was a bit lucky to get her visa. but as always you should have a legal right to be with your spouse.
