FRee Online Tutorial for German Language

I just want to ask if someone knew about any online tutorial site in the internet on german language.
Since i need to make a German A1 exam before we can get a reunion visa.
or some who has experience about having a german A1 exam..
i will highly appreciate your help.. :-)

I have a friend who took German language lessons in University of Southeastern Philippines (the main campus in Davao) but it is not free. I think she splashed 30K on that.
