View Full Version : My wife's spouse visa has arrived

Thank you to all those on the forum who provided guidance while I was preparing the documents for my wife's visa. In the end it took about 6 weeks.

I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a covering letter but just the passport with the visa in it, with the supporting documents not even put back in their folder properly....after all 57000 pesos is 57000 pesos. But the happiness that we can now be together here outweighs the gripes!

Thank you bhem bhem and bigmarco. It's a great Christmas present.

Just realised my wife will need the CFO sticker now.....this process never ends!

But the most difficult bit is done :smile:

:NoNo: ... it's never been their policy to enclose a covering letter as far as I'm aware ... :anerikke: ... don't know WHY, really.

You would think, though - considering the HUGE fees they charge - they'd at least have had the common courtesy to put your supporting documents back in some semblance of order, :iagree:
