Ah that no internet connection. I haven't heard from my girlfriend for about 3 days. She did warn me before she arrived in her village that she would probably get no internet connection at home. I've sent a few texts as well but only had a reply a few days back and nothing since :cwm34:

Even more gutting is that she phoned me Christmas eve morning but I had come off a nightshift and was fast asleep and always have my phone on silent when I sleep. I tried to phone back but my mobile doesn't like international calls! and I can never seem to connect.

Still I have received a text today wishing me a Merry Christmas :biggrin:

Cool. I'm from Batangas City. Kindly consider joining the Batangas Association UK once you touched down to meet our kababayans. Also they are one of the charitable institutions helping Batangas foundations. Road construction and home for the street children in Tanauan are their latest projects.
