Yes, Dusty Springfield. One of my all time favourite singers ever.
A true icon and imo the best soul singer anywhere.

She would often stay in this area and I met her a couple of times. Not under the best of circumstances it has to said, but she was always very gracious.

I've always had a soft spot for her.
