The judge jailed Mihai and Tei for 22 months and Dabica for 14 months for what he called ‘persistent, determined, pre-planned stealing’. He said he had considered recommending them for deportation but as they were from an EU country they could just get on a plane and come back. :cwm23:

Glad you spotted the nationality that is a member of the great EU Club Marco - the last thing I wanted was to be accused of "more posts on this forum inciting racial hatred against one particular group of people "

I watched a programme recently that said 92% of all ATM fraud in London was carried out by Romanians. That was from the mouth of the Police who have to investigate these crimes. :cwm23:

Managed to find the clip where the DCI says that 92% of ATM crime is carried out by Romanians. I'll let you decide if it's a statement of fact or the ramblings of a racist DCI.

This concerns me

"The judge jailed Mihai and Tei for 22 months and Dabica for 14 months for what he called ‘persistent, determined, pre-planned stealing’. He said he had considered recommending them for deportation but as they were from an EU country they could just get on a plane and come back."

Yet another limpwristed, self serving judge not protecting the public.

I'll be writing to the Home Secretary and Minister of Justice because if these germs had got 2 years or more they could be deported

(Telegraph - But because of EU rules on freedom of movement, only those sentenced to at least two years in prison face deportation after they complete their punishment. )

I've just put in an online complaint to the "Office for Judicial Complaints" stating that the judge has damaged public confidence in the judicial system
