Police clearance!

Hello Guys!

I would like to ask regarding police clearances.

Do i need to provide police clearances from countries where i worked before and the present when submitting my documents? How about my old passports? Do i need to submit them?

I did bring my NBI clearance with me when i applied for the E-passport in the Philippines, but they didnt ask for it so it stays in the folder.

I am applying for a fiancee visa and i am not sure if i need to provide police clearance as well.

Police clearance is not needed. But submit your old passports along with your new one.

I'm sure in the past the embassy carried out checks with the police, 'local checks' was one reason given when people inquired why their visa was taking so long.
