You need to use the application form VAF4A (Personal Details Form) and also the Appendix 2 Financial Requirement.

You will NOT be using any FLR form.

You need to make an online application.

Although you'll be making online application, some forms need hard copy print. Also many people find it useful to print off the forms and use as a practice sheet for filling out the online form.
