Hi everyone! Hope evrything is ok! I am back now after couple of months sorting my papers

I got the court decision and certificate of finality declared my ex husband as " presumptively dead"

Now i got married to my British Fiance. And we are about to apply for my spousal visa next month.
I have some queries about the requirements:
1) do i need to submit my court order decision and certificate of finality of the presumptive death case
2) do i need to submit my marginal annotation marriage contract stating ex husband declared prespumptively dead
3) do i need to submit my cenomar with a remarks "presumptive death" even if i am already married to my British husband.

Please if anybody could give me an advise. Hoping to heAr you soon.God Bless
