Hi.
We normally rent a car and collect from the main terminal so not sure about this one: We're nipping down to Bohol/Cebu via Cebu Pacific who fly through NAIA Terminal 3. Are there any car rental counters at terminal arrivals? Its a bit of a journey around the perimeter of the airport to the rental counter/depot we normally use (Europcar).
Also, are the car rental offices normally open late at night/early AM?
