After a long wait and a stressed time, my misses finally received her ILR today, we are now free again and hope to get over to the PH and visit her very sick mother shortly,

I would like to thank all on here who have helped with the answers to a lot of questions we have had ,

I had also written a letter of complaint but had not posted it thank gawd! so we are now free!

Thanks all , total time was application sent oct 7th? received letter 17th oct, then bio metrics 20th odd nov,

Elation in the house this morning,,,,
next citizen ship! and finished

Good luck to you all waiting , it will arrive , this has been a stressful time and now can finally relax and travel!

well......almost. Still British passport then re-acquistition of Philippine Citizenship and membership of that exclusive dual-nationality club :Jump:
Then it's the end of that one journey. :smile:

indeed a very short time i think, if thats the time it took i hope hows takes that long, no stress here waiting, i gave 6 months, and ours was posted october too, but well done to you both:xxgrinning--00xx3:

It was starting to become a drain waiting, i know you may think 3 and half months is not long but it was the complete thing, as we were living in the philippines full time only 3 years ago, when we have completed the dual nationality stuff then maybe even return to the PI,,,,
as for now freedom feels good
