THERE is strong evidence bogus immigrants are creating fake companies in an effort to sneak into the UK, the government claims.

When are the knuckleheads at UKBA going to realise that there are whole COMMUNITIES involved in these scams ? Families and communities that include LAWYERS, IMMIGRATION ADVISERS, COUNCILLORS, BUSINESS OWNERS, PROPERTY LANDLORDS, RELIGIOUS LEADERS, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, and MPs. :NoNo:

Good, they might as well put a limitation on entrepreneurs category depending on its definition. E.g. When a foreigner applied and get an entrepreneur visa just to open a retail market? :icon_rolleyes:
