guys I want to asked this one,
If my sponsor getting DLA and income support,then the spouse need to show evidence of maintenance for themselves when applying for spouse visa?
but in my case i dont have any job and i dont have any saving
what can i do guys pls i need everyones help,thanks

as a minimum your partner needs to have about £110 a week after paying council tax, loans etc

thanks joebloggs so u mean to say even though i dont have any savings or job here in the phil as long as my partner have 110 a week after paying all the housing cost?i can file my visa even i do i dont have any money in me,

of course if you had money that would help, but its up to him, the sponsor to be able to demonstrate he can support you without you needing recourse to public funds.
if he has savings that will help to.
i think its a minimum of £106 a week after he's paid council tax, rent and any loans he has.

but joe i can still file my spouse visa even though i dont have any job or savings now,

nothing stopping you, as long as your husband and you meet the requirements, he has £106wk after paying council tax, rent and loans, also he has suitable accommodation for you and your in a genuine relationship.
him having some savings will help.
also dla will be replaced on the 8th of april with a new allowance Personal Independence Payment (PIP) thou not sure yet if this will make any difference to getting a visa.
so it might be a good idea to apply asap before the changes or wait til after april and see how the changes will effect him.

It's currently £111.45 per week after deductions of all housing costs.
