Hello guys we're planning to go back home January next year and im here on my spouse visa,question is how many days in a year im allowed out of UK?loads of thanx

there no set figure at the moment, but the UK is suppose to be your home:biggrin:, thou there was if you was applying for citizenship. but upto 90 days a year you shouldn't have a problem.

Up to 3 months in any one year before ILR is granted.
