Hmmm..... Apple are releasing $45 Billion, about 1rd of the money they hold to pay shareholders, and for share buybacks as reported in Time magazine.

Now buybacks are perfectly legal, and for those who don't know, a buyback is when a company buys its own shares with its own money, which basically means less shares in the market and therefore keeps up demand, which in simple terms means it helps hold up the share price.

That's why I said it is legal :smile:

But they have been forced to issue dividends to shareholders, their share price has dropped over 30% since last September, and US hedge funds are suing them for incorrect information passed to the markets. On top of that a drop in market share that is extremely difficult to get back in the tech industry, problems with the main processor supplier... Samsung :icon_lol: ... things are looking great for investors.
