London, from above: Record-breaking 320-gigapixel interactive picture of the capital that lets you zoom in on streets and buildings 20 MILES away

Image was taken from the 29th floor of the BT Tower, London's tenth highest building, over three days in 2012
If printed out, the photograph would be almost as large as Buckingham Palace
The photographers took more than 48,000 individual frames, making it the most detailed picture ever taken
The panorama, captured on four cameras, took three months to process

If you go a bit to the right of Battersea Power Station you can see Stamford Bridge home of the Pride of London

Amazing. :cwm24:

Can it pick out all the illegal backyard housing ? :Erm:

Going to be scary (for some) when Google Satellite gets this good.

Google Maps Slough - I just picked ethnic majority roads Baylis Ave & Bradley Rd - quite a few have got large outbuildings with pitched roofs - 51/53 Baylis Rd look like a pair of semis knocked into one, 5 cars on the frontage and 9 in the back garden. I'd do a better job than the spy planes for Slough Council
