Hi guys.
I booked my appointment online 1st July 2013 09:30.
I have had details sent to me and a bit confused by some of it.
Some guidelines for you:

== Please bring all the required documents based on the CNI checklist found in http://ukinthephilippines.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/living-in-the-philippines/how-to-apply-for-a-cni/ (under related documents: CNI Requirements). Please submit your and your fiancée’s documents as specified on the checklist. Submitting incomplete documents will delay the processing of your application.

Please present original documents and clear photocopies of each.

Please bring your British passport. Your fiancée, meanwhile, must bring 2 valid forms of ID. However, she is not required to attend.===

Question:
Its says my fiancee must bring two valid forms of ID and yet says she does not need to attend?
Would there be any harm is she comes along with me?

I am reading the link http://ukinthephilippines.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/living-in-the-philippines/how-to-apply-for-a-cni/cni-application where it says CNI requirements.
Its appears that I do not have to present a CENOMAR to Embassy as I am single etc never married etc.

Would this be correct in your view?

Annex C says about requirements for Philippine Fiancee. CENOMAR Birth cetificate again does my love have to present these ( In present them ) at my appoinment?

Can you guys confirm what i think I am to bring?

1. My CNI from UK.
2. My passport.
3. The Fee.
4. My fiancee's TWO forms of ID.
5. My fiancee's CENOMAR?
6. Photo copies of documents for the embassy.

Many thanks

John

Hi Hawk,
Thanks mate :) I will ask my love to get my CENOMAR . .I know I will take that and hers and my converted CNI to the city hall to apply for marriage lisence.
I need one for that anyway so I guess no harm in taking it with me to the Embassy even if I do not need it. She has no passport yet, but she will need 2 forms of ID.

Thanks :)

I paid for my wife to meet me in manila and we went with our documents together. I allowed a couple of spare days in manila just to be on the safe side. You never know what is going to happen. In my case we had a typhoon and the appointment was cancelled so we had to go back the next day. I dont wish to worry you John but these things can happen.

Thanks Andy, to be honest we have left 1 day extra as well but at the other end of the time and not the start plus we have 2 extra days because my certificate would not be given to me on a week end even though it counts as part of the 10 days, so really we have 3 days grace.
Thanks mate :)

When you get your local CNI read it, read it and read it again to make sure everything you said is spelled correctly,as this can cause you big problems if you get a jobs worth at the embassy :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Can i ask something, when i get my Cni does it need to be stamped by a notary public or sent to the FCO? Or is it a case of wait 22 days pick up cni then the next step is for me to take it to the embassy when in Manila with other requirements.

Just pick it up and take it to the Embassy for your appointment where it'll be exchanged for a local CNI in line with Philippine law. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
