A primary school is thought to be the first in Britain that does not have one pupil who speaks English as a first language.

Peterborough used to be a great place I used to go fishing their on the river nene. I guess this is just a example of what our beloved great britain is coming to.

I lived in Peterborough from the mid sixties until 1983 it was an amazing place, Peterborough Development Association built hundreds of new houses for the London overspill that consisted of mainly unmarried mothers, the nightlife was great and the only foreigners living there at that time were Italians that worked in the brickworks. I must mention the nightlife was fantastic!:xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3:
