Immigrants are to be banned from receiving legal aid to launch court battles against the government in order to claim benefits.

That's true hawk.. I know a few of EU ladies with children from the family centre who are here living on all the benefits.. everything. I asked them why not try working, they said its silly because if they work they will end up paying taxes and lose the benefits that they can easily live on without having to pay taxes or childcare.
