Welcome to the forum Jim,

We are full of advice here so ask away. Maybe tell us more on how you intend to meet or how you already met your filipina and where you will be or want to visit.

Hi Jim. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Make sure you're in a steady job earning minimum £18,600 a year for starters, if you're hoping to bring your 'booty' back here to the UK.

Getting harder to get visas for them now.

Otherwise, most of what you'll need to know is here on the forum.

Hello Jim, welcome aboard :welcomex:

If you're thinking of going alone you might consider renting a condo. Should be cheaper than a hotel especially as you'll be able to cook your own foods. Doesn't suit everyone but worth considering.

I'm always amazed at how many nice girls are working in the department stores. Well they're always friendly and smiling for me (until my wife flashes her eyes their way that is)
Almost all can speak pretty good English too.

Not making a recommendation, just making conversation.

When are you thinking to make the trip?
Where would you like to stay?
And for how long would you stay?
