I tried to analyse the statement..''im rude because i love you''.
Maybe he/she were saying that because of the circumstances. For example you and your partner were in the certain place where lots of stupid freak and somebody was being nasty to you on purpose or an attention seeking idiots. So what you partner was trying to do was defending you for being rude against them. So he used this words.. im rude bcos i love u.

But...if he utter this statement to you without a reason, thats a sign of being an arrogant *******.

its only my opinion :D

NOPE!
It sound like some D1ck Head staement from a `typical` bloke who is making excuses for being childish, insecure or just stupid.!
Most bloke seem to think that they can blame their lack of respect or self control on anyone and anything except themselves.
Any man who says something like this is a waste of time and sgould be kicked out straight away!
Sorry for being blunt, but men make me so ashamed to be male sometimes.:Brick:

Its simple..Just a mix up during translation..
What they meant to say is.. They love you because you are rude.
Dont worry..Happens all the time.

He had a bite mark on his back that was so damned deep (And fresh) it REALLY frightened me..
His so called GF wanted to read his texts..He declined..and now he wished that he hadn`t.
Not a pretty sight.

Mark is right, as (nearly) always ...

If you translate the sentence into English, it means: I can do whatever I want to do to you, can treat you how I want, you just don't have any right to tell me anything -- but you have to love my nevertheless, of course.

If you love somebody, and you are rude, you excuse yourself immediatly. Otherwise it's not love.

i know now what that statement meant... "I become rude to you whenever i feel you're hiding something from me, I prefer being open about everything, that way i will understand you"

could this be an excuse for his attitude?
