change passport name

hello,im wondering if its ok to change my passport name before lodging my visa,the thing is my english and tb test certificates still my maiden name on it,would this affect on my upcoming application??thanks in advance

That would be fine, but you need to submit your old passport too for them to verify you're the same person written on those certificates.
