looking at changing the bank soon but who do you go for, i dont want to use HSBC just yet but i am looking at first direct, anyone with them also anyone uses these stocks and shares ISAs any news on those either

Been a First Direct account holder for 10+ years, very good customer service, I have the "better" current account that gives me family travel insurance and then lets me withdraw from ATMs when abroard without charging me any fees. Would recommend them, I have just signed up to their stocks and shares ISA , looks like a good deal, no fees and trades are about £11 each.
