May I recommend you go to the 'Search' facility ... which can be found in the rectanglar box located on the far right of the bluish bar running along the top of this page ... then type in the words All New Guide - How to Apply for a spouse/partner visa, an excellent thread compiled by my good friend and fellow Moderator, Terpe, following IMPORTANT changes to the Immigration Rules in July 2012. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
