Hello from Cebu were the weather is hot....
I am over here in Philippines arranging my wedding when a friend asked me a few questions i could answer so i hope you can help.
He has just got engaged a few days ago and wants to marry over here in the Philippines but the problem is that due to a car accident a few years ago he has not been able to work so i told him going through the normal channels of a spouse visa and fiancee visa was a waste of time.I suggested that his fiancee applys for a job were we live in the uk and then maybe if possible he can marry her there.Also he wants to marry her before she applys to get a work visa which i thought would be a bad idea.I would be thankful if you could give me the best answer for him under these circumstances please...
