Hi Guys.
Question: How neccessary is it to have copies of all your documents?
I know the main documents are important, bank statements; pay slips; birth certificate; passport; etc.

But do I need to copy all my chat logs; emails etc and western union reciepts.. ?? I have back ups already on my PC. I have copied my letters from her because I want the originals back.

Many thanks

John

My advice is copy everything John. Just in case the embassy loses any of your papers. At least if you have to go to appeal you will have the evidence of what you have sent.:xxgrinning--00xx3:

The most important documents are the financial documents (payslips, employment cert, mortgage ,p60,bank transfers/remittance)
It is NOT necessary to print ALL the chatlogs and EMails and pictures together...just choose the bestest chats ,emails ..

John, in selecting the chats/e-mails/letters etc try to choose those that support the UKBA requirements.
For example, include some where there is discussion about planning a life in UK, those that support the relationship being genuine etc

Many thanks Terpe, and we have both agreed on what we need to talk about in our "public" emails. I think generally we have talked about this in emails but now more organised and focused on key points which of course are true ones. many thanks for your words of advise, you are very much appreciated, really you are!.

Yours gratefully John
