Two people have been arrested by immigration officers just moments before they were due to take part in suspected 'sham weddings' at Camden Town Hall.

Yes they will do anything to stay in this country.:doh As for the other parties involved they should be jailed never mind (questioned and released).

Quite right Andy they are complicit in the crime and should be charged and convicted.
Section 8 of the Accessories and Abettors Act 1861 (as amended by s.65(4) Criminal Law Act 1977), which states:
“Whosoever shall aid, abet, counsel, or procure the commission of any indictable offence, whether the same be an offence at common law or by virtue of any Act passed or to be passed, shall be liable to be tried, indicted, and punished as a principal offender.
