hi guys, tried to search about how to get an appointment in british embassy manila, one of our friend are getting married and he was told last February that he need an appointment in order for him to get the CNI or legal capacity to marry. Now he rang one of the british embassy manila number and apparently they told him he rang the wrong department, they are not even helpful at least tell him which number he should ring to book an appointment... so frustrating for him...
