hi guys!

mums received a letter from ukba today and it says "Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub"

It means she got her family visit visa? thanks

When folks get a message from the Embassy with the words "Your visa will be despatched shortly" it does usually mean that the visa has been granted and is on it's way....

To be 100% certain better to wait until she holds her passport and visa, but based on previous messages of this type it seems to me it's approved :Jump::Jump:
