v Be aware of your friends’ likes and dislikes
v Remember your friends’ birthdays and anniversaries
v Take interest in your friends’ children
v Be sensitive to their needs
v Keep in touch with them by phone
v Express what you like about your relationship with another person
v Serve your friends in thoughtful unexpected ways
