Refusal for my visa application

I get my refusal letter last Friday as they said on reason that I need to have my a1 English language test and certificate,so I will have my exam tomorrow in London but they can't issue me a certificate yet but they said they can give me a result of my exam and togethere with it is a supporting letter,and after that I will appeal.
Does any Body know here if they will accept it and how long my appeal will takes?

what type of visa did you apply??
...nobody knows here how long will the appeal be granted , it varies from case to case.
anyway, i think you need the certificate from your test provider , if they cannot provide it then just send the result of your test/supporting letter with the appeal, so as not to miss the deadline.
