hi crew,

just a quick question.

is there a minimum requirement of time left on my filipino passport when i apply for my ILR in July?

Cause my passport will expire in November and my spouse visa will expire on October 6th.

Just didnt want to get to the day of going for my ILR and then get told i need say 6 months minimum left on my relevant passport before it expires.

couldnt find any info about this but just having this nagging doubt at the back of my brain.

and wheres the summer gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cwm25:

hi quennie,

or was is just a coincidence :)

Personally, I'd say renew your passport. Why wait?
A passport is a very important travel document. You should always have at least 6 months validity IMO
Never allow your passport to expire, you never know when you may need it.
