I think this now means you'll have this odious woman prostituting herself in anyway she can across all medias to pay her bill. :cwm23:

I have posted on several forums 'warning' people not to post offensive, unfounded libellous allegations, as no one is anonymous in forums.
Pleased to see this successful prosecution and hope others will follow.

Even though they're a limpwristed, ineffective organisation it's probably wise to leave most of such decisions up to the CPS.
I remember you feeling that the Muslim Poppy Burner hadn't committed an offence then he was convicted of of actions "likely to cause harassment, harm or distress"

Dedworth, Yep you are right, but when I retired in 1988, there was still a sense of logic, but since then the 'do gooders' have taken over even more. Now breathing in a public place might be risky as well as :-
The British government introduced ASBOs by the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. In the UK, a CRASBO is a "criminally related" ASBO. One local authority has published photos of those given ASBOs on an Internet site.[6] Anti-social behaviour includes a range of problems such as:[7][8]
being rude to members of the public
abandoning cars
arson
begging
defecating/urinating in public
drug dealing/consumption of controlled recreational drugs
dogging (theatrical public sex)
drunken behaviour
fare evasion
intimidation
littering/fly tipping/dog fouling
loitering
noise pollution
racism
spitting
stealing/mugging/shoplifting
urban exploration
vandalism/criminal damage
