We bought 2 Kilos of white Marlin 120.00 a Kilo and I now reckon its my favourite fish..Just taken those off the BBQ Grill....
Just waiting for the spuds to char right now..
Only got red wine but sod it...It`l do!!

I don't think I've ever had White Marlin Fred :Erm:
Is it anything like Swordfish ?

Ive had Sword fish Kebabs once in Greece and this is nothing like it..
Its about half the price of blue marlin which I have not yet tried..
Fantastic fish IMO and I would imagine that BBQ is the best way to cook it.

what i mean is in the PH , we can cook fresh seafoods straight to the grill ...:biggrin:
here in UK you have to defrost seafoods before you grill:icon_lol:

this is what we had for brunch today...I tried to cook the defrosted mackerel (wrap in aluminum foil) but doesnt taste nice ...pork bbq is perfect today and extra rice:hubbahubba::hubbahubba:
