im gathering information now that i will need in due course,im wanting to be as clear as possible on anything im not sure of,
i have a couple of questions regarding cni application in uk,
1/ (the date i give of proposed marriage,) does this have to be actualy booked or my estimate of the date?
2/ also does the place of proposed marriage need to be the actual address or just the city/town ect
3/(the date i gave of proposed marriage,on uk cni)when exchanged for philippine cni version, does the date matter or can it be changed to a later date when exchanging the cni?
i think i am clear on the rest of the requirments,
thanks in advance

Hi Stewart
I was unable to provide the exact date or place of my marriage when I applied for the CNI here. I just supplied the month and the city. Everything was fine when I exchanged it at the embassy.
Just be aware that the CNI is valid for 3 months.
Good luck.

What's the date of issue used by the Embassy these days?
Issue date on UK CNI ? or actual date of CNI exchange at Embassy?
Might be worth double checking as I know the Embassy has recently 'updated' it's procedures.

not realy sure what you mean,
the date i would enter of the day to get married,, can it be changed to a later date on the exchange cni, if necessary, and does the marriage actualy have to be booked at the time applying for uk cni

Here's what I was asking, does the British Embassy take the date of certificate issue of the CNI by the UK and use that as date of issue on the Philippine CNI
or
Is the date of issue of the Philippine CNI the date on which the British Embassy hand over the exchanged CNI
Sorry for confusions.
I'm only raising the issue since I've become aware of different practices.

ah i see, it could be combining to 2 cni's may only give a total of the 3 months rather than doubling to 6 months, best to work with the 3 months the uk has given,
even on that 3 months i have found confliction, on its start date , 1 being 3 months from the date you apply, and 2 starts on the day of issue
