Two people have been arrested after a suspected sham wedding was raided by our officers in Belfast.

So in Northern Ireland the would be EU bride (Irish Republic) gets remanded in custody unlike UK mainland where the normally female comecon brides to be are released without charge

Yep, and completely unfair.
All EU citizens involved in such activities should be charged with assisting unlawful immigration. Period.
