Not sure on all the facts but this may prove to be useful for some. No indication on costs though and whether it replaces the 59 day visa, maybe the rumoured 30 day will be available soon too.

Yes, handy that you don't need to go in for renewal as often.

I believe it's only about 100 pesos more than the combined existing cost for that length of time. :smile:

For people who have previously been paying agents each extension (with their acompanying fees), should work out cheaper.

Not sure exactly. He said roughly the same as extending every 2 months over a 6 month period.
Saves wasting a day at immigration, especially if you have to travel quite a distance to get there.

I`m hearing that you cant get it from the embassy in London.. Sounds like you need apply just before the 59 day visa expires..
