It all needs to be completed as far as possible.
Just treat all questions about 'you' to be aimed at the child.

This is the child personal application form.

I think its all sorted now we have answered the questions as Terpe advised. By just imagining we are the child. It seems like common sense to us but I dont know about the case managers. Time will tell.:doh

I think thats what we did Andy...but again its too long ago to remember exactly. The only bit i was worried about was that my step daughters biological father was "unknown" on the birth certificate which i think means we had no problem getting consent from a father in the end so it wasn't a problem.

Im in the same position lordna no fathers name on the birth certificate so it should be ok.:xxgrinning--00xx3:
