I'll be renewing my passport this week. I just want to know if anyone can advise me of the best time to be in the Philippine Embassy in London to do this.
Thanks in advance!

My other half did this a few months ago, she got there at about 8.00am and was first in the queue. Not really sure how busy it gets throughout the day but that gives you plenty of time for shopping

Thanks for the input SimonH & Lovejoy! :xxgrinning--00xx3:
But we'd be arriving in London before noon that day..I guess I just have to get it in the afternoon. Just hoping it won't be as busy in the morning. :cwm25:

Wish I could be more helpful Rayna but all I can say is that we always arrive in the morning.
I think if you've got everything ready you'll just hand over the 'bundle' together with a self-addressed and postage paid envelope and that'll be OK.
Just be sure you photo meets specification.
There's a couple of pretty good Japanese stores in the area :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Have a nice trip to London, hope the weather will be kind for you.
Don't spend too much:cwm25:

When I renewed my passport before, I did it in the morning. It was very busy in the afternoon. :Hellooo:As long as you have all the documents you need then you will finish early and will still have time to go around London. Good luck and have a lovely day there.

They don't require a photo now because they are doing it electronically or digital from there in the embassy, hence why we need personal appearance.
Oh and thanks for the tip about Japanese store. :xxgrinning--00xx3: I told Keith that I want to buy a proper Filipino dish to take home though, as I'm craving for it. I want to buy Kare-Kare from a Filipino restaurant to take home. :hubbahubba: We'd be going for a day only coz we'd rather save the money for going back home this year..

It was busier than Divisoria fish market every time Ive been in there..
Just saying!
Probably best to set off from your place about 2 am.. Miss all the traffic and beat the queue by a couple of hours..:xxgrinning--00xx3:
