Haven't been to Glasgow for quite a few years.
We had a long weekend break there once and really enjoyed it. Some nice eateries :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Shopping is good too (so my wife said) :Erm:
At that time there was still stark evidence of city-centre social problems, but have no idea these days.

Really? :cwm24: ... 'cos, for a moment there, I actually believed you, as - like your home city - Glasgow has gained lots of kudos over the past 25 years, ever since it succeeded Liverpool with its very popular and well-attended 'Garden Festival' of 1988 and earned itself the title: "That Dear Green Place"!

The thing that sticks in my mind about Glasgow is the splendid architecture of Easterhoooose. :icon_lol:
