called in at the registra today and asked questions about getting cni
the registra was very helpful , he told me date and month of marriage are not needed, only place of marriage, in my case proberbly manila,
he said when i am ready , just phone for appointment just incase he's busy, and it will take only 14 days to my being able to collect the cni,
advertising the marriage in a local newspaper is not needed,
i already have my original birth certificate but asked about a new one, as my birth was in england and i am in scotland , so if it helps anyone here , it must be applied for from http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/
Certificates cost £9.25 including postage. each
feel like im beginning to get somewhere now:biggrin::xxgrinning--00xx3:

Very helpful thanks Stewart. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
That long since I had to get mine, I think it must have been written on parchment.
