Clean Bill Of Health

Well ... :anerikke: ... almost!

Visited the Diabetic Clinic this afternoon ... when the specialist nurse imparted the good news that my

blood sugar levels have gone down from 7.6 to 7.1

cholesterol count is considerably lower than at my previous visit

blood pressure remains excellent ... and

weight has dropped from 14st 7lbs to 13st 10lbs ... a loss of more than half a stone.
