Advice on mobile phone car mounts?

I wonder if anyone knows of some sort of mount available to fit a Samsung S4?
I dont really want it on windscreen prefer on mondeo dash somewhere
If it is on windscreen I need something with short stem as I don't want it projected more than say 4 inch from scree-(I don't want it in my face if you know what I mean)
It need to turn like 360 degrees
I don't mind gluing base if I have to
Cant seem to find it on internet
Can anyone help please?

Just to say my s4 is running hot at times so it might not be a good idea.
