Hi, just want to ask about my friend concerns, shes is booked to fly to the uk on the 12th, but the cfo didnt give her the cer.nor the sticker on her visa, for the reason of her husband conditio, which is depression, he is not ill, he just have a depression history, the cfo person think she might can't handle the husband condition, she tried to explain that the husband is ok, they asked for a new medical cert.the problem is the doctor is on vacation.and also she s asking if her son needs an exit clearance, and where to get this if ever, her son is a british passprt holder.thanks

The Immigration Officer at NAIA will most likely not allow her to leave without the CFO sticker.

Her husband needs to sort out the required medical certificate very fast.

Your friend would be best advised to contact CFO about the child.
Usually under age 13 is not mandatory for the seminar, but maybe needs to just be registered for a sticker.

Provided the passports are valid and both parent and child have the same surname there will be no problems
