Hi,

I'm new to this site and have been reading through the useful advice and information.

I am from the UK and my fiancé is a filipina, we got in contact together in May 2012 through a mutual friend got together in August 2012. We finaly met face to face in and got engaged in December 2012 and met again in February 2013. Our plan is now to get married in the UK.

I am about to send my documents to my fiancé in the Philippines, having read the information on this site, I think I have everything covered :Erm: Shes got her IELTS and TB Certificate sorted.

I've been reading elsewhere that there will be some documents or requirements for my fiancé to actually be allowed to leave the Philippines. I've found out about the CFO and the seminar she needs to attend. Is there anything else she or I need to get before they will allow her to leave?

My plan is to go to her province when or if she gets her Visa and bring her back with me.

Many thanks,

Terpe

As long as you supported compliance to all mandatory requirements there'll be no problem.

Good luck
