SUPPOSE TO BE WERE PREPARING OUR STATEMENT FOR THE HEARING DAY BUT TODAY I GOT
A CALL FROM OUR SOLICITOR VICTORIA SHARKEY SAYING THAT THE UKBA HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN THE REFUSAL, SO THE HEARING WILL NOT GO AHEAD. THE CASE HAS BEEN REMITTED TO THE HOME OFFICE
CASEWORKER FOR RECONSIDERATION AND WILL BE DEALTH WITH AS A MATTER OF PRIORITY.
SHE SPOKEN THE OFFICER THAT THEY STUPID TO REFUSE MY APPLICATION THAT IT CLEARLY MISTAKEN
THERE REVIEW. WE DONT OPEN THE CHAMPAGNE YET UNTIL I DONT GET MY VISA :icon_lol:, HOPEFULLY WE WILL GET THE VISA SOON....
