For those of you looking too convert your probationary I-Card to permanent you now need NBI clearance. So the total cost now of conversion to permanent is now knocking 10,000 pesos.

Update! NBI cost 450 pesos + 1,500 because you are KANO.
Conversion of I-Card is depending on Peso dollar exchange rate, approx 8,800 pesos, this is a one off payment, must be paid on first visit, but that includes the cost of the I-Card $50.
