they are not only in prison because they are been punished, but because they are a danger to society, i bet they'll have 'doctors' reports from psychologists saying in 'THEIR' opinion they are not a danger, well if the psychologist is wrong and they commit another crime, the psychologist should go to prison as well. see how many will be prepared to do that.
